Wonton Noodle Soup Kit
Perfect mid-week dinner for 2
A generous serving of the authentic Taiwanese-style wonton noodle soup. Wholesome, satisfying and super easy to prepare.
This meal kit includes
- 20 pcs seafood wonton
- 2 portions of egg noodle (+/- 125g)
- 2 portions of 500ml broth (remember to let us know your broth options)
- Sauce packs (found inside of the wonton boxes)
1.NOODLE Simply bring a pot of salted water to the boil, then add instant egg noodles. Cook the noodles for 5 minutes until al dente. Drain, toss in some oil to prevent sticking. Dish up into two soup bowls.
2. BROTH. Bring broth to a fast boil, once it's boiling add wontons to the broth, one at a time. Give it a quick stir to prevent them sticking to each other or the pot. When the broth boils again, turn it down to a simmer and cook for approximately 5 min.
Add red sauce packet and the green flavour pack to the broth.
Season your broth to your liking with salt or soy sauce.
3. COMBINE. Add broth and wontons to the noodle.

Szechuan Wonton Sauce:
Szechuan pepper, chilli infused oil, peanut (nut), fermented black soy bean (soy), fresh herbs, vinegar, sugar, salt.
